Equipped with a KETTLEVALVE weldless valve and removealble WINTERS brewing thermometer mounted in a weldless thermowell, and a 12 inch Stainless false bottom. When you are done brewing pop out the thermo and put it in its box until your next brewday. Comes with a fitted stainless lid.
